Hi and welcome to my website. I moved to Victoria in 2011 and live in Narre Warren South. I first started ResQ PT & Beauty Services in 2005 in Adelaide and I have over 20 years industry experience. I began my fitness journey in the 80s when I became interested in body building, this soon led me into aerobics where I became one of SAs popular freestyle instructors. I also taught high octane circuit classes, fitness for the disabled, senior age classes, school kids fitness and personal training. Im also a fully qualified boxing/ kickboxing instructor having been trained under the Blackbelt Pro system which is a professional system for training State, National, International and World Champions. Boxing is an awesome adrenaline pumping, de-stressing, great toning workout which is adaptable for all fitness levels and ages.
With ResQ I wanted to create the complete feel good package of fitness, health, weightloss and beauty treatments. I offer unique personalised programs to suit your lifestyle and busy schedule. I also support, motivate and encourage you, helping you to maintain and reach your goals step by step in a realistic and achievable time frame, offering you healthier life choices to make you feel & look amazing. All PT and group sessions have lots of variety and are great fun in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I have many happy clients who will offer their testimony to how I have helped them achieve their goals and help make them look and feel great. I will make sure you have a good laugh, learn some valuable tips as well as make you work your but off too - literally!!
The beauty side of ResQ is like offering a little more icing on the cake.What makes you feel even more amazing than being fit and healthy? Looking fresh and younger of course! Spray tanning alone can make you look 5 kilos lighter as well as looking like you've been on an exotic tropical holiday. Also, Im a huge fan of hair extensions and have had 12 years of dedicated experience & research finding the highest quality available. The Decadent Divas Parties are really popular. They where a huge success in SA and I'm sure you will love them too.
